You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material.

4. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the host. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by event and are set by the host. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each event before booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ganesho is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during an event. We act solely as a platform to connect hosts and guests.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
